Samenvatting:
A critical review of the new energy performance for buildings standardNEN 5128 is presented. The main objection of the standard is that the necessary considerations have not been made clear, are not enough separated from each other, and also appear to be influenced by marginal aims. Therefore, decisions that are made only on the basis of the present standard calculations are disputable. 1 fig.
