Samenvatting:
On assignment of the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation, ECN and KEMA have studied the cost of renewable electricity production. This cost assessment for various categories is part of the advice on the subsidy base for the feed-in support scheme SDE+. A draft advice was written to facilitate the market consultation on the 2012 base rates. An open market consultation round was held in August 2011. This report contains the final advice on the cost of renewable energy projects in the Netherlands targeted for realisation in 2012. The options cover installations for green gas, biogas, renewable electricity and renewable heat.
