Samenvatting:
A large number of different building materials and wastes show reducingcharacteristics that can be of influence to the leaching performance. An overview is given of leaching performances of different materials in order to be able to accurately assess the environmental impacts of those materials. Also the suitability of existing leaching tests for materials with a high redox potential is evaluated, and options to standardize a protocol for the analysis are discussed. 8 figs., 2 tabs., 10 refs.
