Samenvatting:
This report describes the activities carried out by ECN in 1995 for thedevelopment of IEC standards for wind turbines. The work was done within the framework of the tasks put forward by the Technical Committee (TC) IEC TC88. ECN participated on request of the national standards committee NEC88 and made contributions in the working groups WG6 (Performance measurements), WG7 (Revision of IEC-1400-1), WG8 (Testing of rotor blades) and WG9 (Certification). Contributions were made to the work of the TC88 Committee, and to the final redaction of the document about small wind turbines. Also, the progress of the IEC TC88 work in 1995 is highlighted and the relation with the criteria in the Netherlands is described. 5 appendices, 7 refs.
