Seminar on improving clean coal conditions China

China has seen a tremendous economic growth over the last decades. Unfortunately, along with impact regarding living environment. Recently, China has shown strong commitment to improve environmental conditions. The Netherlands can be a great help.

Hebei Province is one of the most polluted provinces in China. The government is putting lots of effort to tackle the environment problem. RVO initiates the PIB (Partner In Business) Clean Coal Cluster program, of which ECN is one of the partners, with the aims of:

  1. jointly tackling the problem and
  2. positioning Dutch companies and knowledge institutes for successful market access.

Within this program, a seminar in Shijiazhuang, capital of Hebei province will be organized in collaboration with among others ECN, on September 22, aiming for: 

  • Strengthen the government relationship between both countries;
  • Create a platform for Dutch companies to present their technology to the Chinese partners;
  • Building-up the cooperation/ business relationship with Chinese companies.
