Renewable Energy Support Scheme SDE 2013

The Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs requested ECN to advise on the base rates for renewable electricity, green gas and renewable energy in the framework of the Renewable Energy Support Scheme for 2013. ECN worked on this advice together with DNV KEMA. A draft advice has been discussed with stakeholders in an open round of consultations. Based on the information received during these meetings, the report has been modified where needed. If you wish to receive further clarification of the way in which your information has been included in the final advice by ECN and DNV KEMA, please contact the project leader Sander Lensink.

The final advice was offered to the Ministry of Economic Affairs in September 2012. ECN and DNV KEMA, with support of TNO, wrote an additional note (in Dutch) on geothermal energy.
The calculations for the base rates were conducted with the OT model:

Renewable electricity

Green gas and crude biogas

Renewable heat

CHP
