EeFarm

EeFarm is a steady state model and calculates the voltages, currents and losses of all electrical components in a wind farm, including the connection to shore, and the resulting power output as a function of wind speed. This is combined with the windspeed distribution and the investment costs to calculate the overall production cost per kWh. EeFarm2 can be used to investigate the effect of changes in components (for instance AC versus DC), voltage levels and economic parameters.
