Feed-in premium scheme, SDE 2011

For the SDE, the feed-in premium support scheme for renewable electricity and green gas, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation has asked ECN for advice on the production costs (so called 'base rates') for renewable electricity and green gas. The final advice has been submitted to the Ministry in March 2011.

For the final advice, ECN/KEMA have consulted market parties on the basis of a draft advice.

The calculations for the base rate have been made using the Financial Gap model:

Renewable electricity

• Landfill gas
• Waste water treatment plants
• Manure co-digestion
• VFG digestion
• Digestion of other biomass
• Thermal conversion of solid biomass
• Thermal conversion of liquid biomass
• Waste incineration installations
• Wind energy
• Hydropower
• Solar PV

Green gas

• Manure co-digestion
• Landfill gas
• Waste water treatment plants   
• VFG digestion 
• Digestion of other biomass
