Introduction Dutch Renewable Energy Support Scheme

The Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation frequently asks ECN to advise on the base rates for sustainable electricity and green gas in the framework of the Renewable Energy Support Scheme. The final advice is published in public reports.

To be able to advise on the base rates, ECN consults the market about a draft advice. The issues that were identified in the market consultation, and a response to these issues by ECN and KEMA, are published in a consultation document.

Further information on the SDE scheme, including the Decree on the Renewable Energy Production support scheme and corresponding ministerial regulations can be found on the website of Agentschap NL.
