Our experts

Wouter Wetzels is a scientific researcher in the National Energy and Emission strategy group of ECN Policy Studies. He has obtained a PhD in theoretical physics from Delft University of Technology and an MSc degree in physics from Utrecht University. At ECN, he specializes in energy policy for the industry and agriculture. After joining ECN in July 2007, he has mainly been involved in policy evaluations, energy outlooks, and projects on cogeneration.
