RESolve-E

The RESolve-E model is a EU model providing projections of sustainable electricity developments in EU countries. Important input for the model is current policy in those countries, e.g. the height of feed-in tariffs. In 2009 the potential for onshore and offshore wind power has been updated.

In 2010 the RESolve-E model is used in the WindSpeed project. Therefore, data on policy, cost for technology, and financing parameters were updated. Furthermore, the model has been calibrated, such that simulation becomes as realistic as possible.
