The Experimental Facilities group carries out the experimental work on biomass/coal conversion.
The technicians operate, maintain and modify these facilities. Furthermore, they coordinate the data aquisition and chemical analysis.
The group contributes to the research projects of the biomass groups from supporting the engineering of experimental Biomass installations to the delivery of a measurement report containing all relevant process parameters.
Experienced process operators are available for support during start-up or test runs of Biomass gasification and pyrolysis installations. Gas analysis equipment is available.
