ECN has several decades of experience in gasification, gas cleaning and product synthesis. We work with customers on solving problems on all types of biomass gasification processes. Our knowledge is strongly rooted in our technology development programme: ECN develops biomass gasifiers and tar removal technologies. Some of those are proven in the field and are commercially available, others are still in development in our lab in Petten.
