Spin offs

In some cases it’s in the interest of a technology to find its way to the market through a new company. In such a case ECN sets up a new company, either on its own or with an already existing company.The transfer of knowledge is then effectuated by a license agreement between ECN and the new company or by selling the knowledge to the spin-off. A succesful spin-off often needs a good idea as well as a good entrepreneur. ECN would therefore like to get in touch with entrepreneurs with a proven track record.
