Wind power forecasting method AVDE

The wind power forecasting method AVDE of ECN gives the expected power output of wind turbines and/or wind farms for the intraday and day-ahead power markets. As an example we present the power forecasts for the EWTW wind farm with a capacity of 12.5 MegaWatt.

Alternatively, AVDE gives the wind forecasts at a site. As an example, we present the wind forecasts at a height of 80 meter above ground level near the EWTW.
