Xander van Tilburg is a senior researcher and advisor on international climate and (renewable) energy issues at ECN policy studies. He currently focuses on international climate policy, low-carbon development and nationally appropriate mitigation actions (NAMAs). He is interested in green growth related topics, and has an interest linking scientific insights and rigour with pragmatic policy advice. Xander joined ECN in 2005 and has a background in econometrics and political science.
