Ms. Martine Uyterlinde is senior manager of the group Policy Evaluation and Support at ECN Policy Studies. Previously, Martine Uyterlinde was in charge of group Energy in Transport and Buildings at ECN. She has over 15 years experience in energy and environment related policy studies. Martine Uyterlinde has a background in applied mathematics and is an experienced project manager, having managed several EU projects, such as Cascade Mints Part 2 (FP6, DG Research). Her key qualifications include renewable energy policy analysis, energy use and emissions in the transport sector, and long term energy scenarios. She was member of ECN’s energy transition think tank, and has coordinated the development of ECN’s long-term vision on a sustainable energy system.
