Ms. Laura Wuertenberger joined ECN as a researcher for technology and international climate policy in October 2009. Her work focuses mainly on international climate policy, technology transfer and finance. Previously she worked for five years for a large financial institution in socially responsible and clean technology investments with a focus on companies active in renewable energies and energy efficiency technologies. She spent two years in Singapore to develop and launch one of the first Emerging Markets sustainability equity funds. She has extensive work and research experience in Asia and Latin America. Ms. Wuertenberger holds a M.Sc. in Environmental Sciences and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
