Jeffrey Sipma is a scientific researcher at ECN Policy Studies. He holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering and an MSc in Environmental Science. At ECN, his work mainly focuses on energy efficiency in the built environment, where he is responsible for modeling energy consumption in the services sector. Before joining ECN in April 2009, Jeffrey was involved with International NGO’s, and he has been working in several developing countries over the past years. Projects were mainly related to supply chain management and public health engineering, including developing programmes for partner capacity building and developing, testing and implementing SCM-software. Prior to that Jeffrey was involved in energy (modelling) projects at the University of Groningen and a Dutch Energy company. |
