Hillebrand Verkroost

Information specialist with a background of technical chemistry. Started at ECN in 1987 as a documentalist in the central library and since 1992 information specialist at the ECN unit Policy Studies. Contributes to the IEA Implementing Agreement Energy Technology Data Exchange (ETDE) since 1988. Assigned to the chair of the ETDE Technical Working Group and vice-chair of the ETDE Executive Committee (ExCo) for the period 2003-2006. Again vice-chair of the ETDE ExCo since 2009. Major contributions to the Dutch site www.energie.nl concern input and maintenance of sites and literature. Main expertise concerns knowledge of (energy) information sources and searching the internet.
