Heleen de Coninck advocates technology in climate agreements

An interview in NRC (Dutch Journal) with Heleen de Coninck by Paul Luttikhuis on Wednesday September 23rd

Despite all the captivating words uttered in New York concerning the need to reach a new climate agreement in December, Heleen de Coninck does not believe it will actually be achieved. That is: not an agreement containing fixed percentages for the reduction of greenhouse gases held responsible for global warming.
