Sparring partner for HR and Board of Directors
The board and the committees of Jong-ECN closely cooperate with Human Resources (in terms of personal development) and the Board of Directors. Young professionals can, for example, join brainstorm discussions with the Board of Directors on trending topics. Questionnaires are held among young employees. The results are presented to HR and the Board of Directors and advice is offered on these results. Jong-ECN offers all young professionals the opportunity to share their ideas and make their opinions known.
