Jong-ECN broadens your horizon

Jong-ECN is a network of about 130 young, enthusiastic and dedicated professionals within ECN. Excursions, colloquia and other activities are organised , enabling young employees to expand their internal and external network, to share ideas and to broaden their horizon. Jong-ECN focuses on the personal development of employees and also advises the Board of Directors on trending topics.

Agnes Mewe (researcher Solar Energy, Jong-ECN member): “Jong-ECN supports the specific needs of young employees at ECN. It’s an easy-to-approach organization with many social events, where you can get in touch with other young employees. When I have the chance, I visit or participate in activities.”

Michiel Carbo (researcher Bio Energy, Jong-ECN member): “Jong-ECN forms an informal platform for young employees to get to know each other. I find it very interesting to learn about R&D activities that are conducted by fellow Jong-ECN members, who work in other fields of expertise.”
